Aaron is a fantastic PA. He spends the time really explaining test results, potential treat plans and outcome. I think is is wonderful and I trust my care eith him

The physician took a lot of time evaluating and listening to my concerns. His explanations we're clear and thorough. Also the radiologist or the X-ray specialist was very courteous and efficient. Overall I felt like everyone was professional and competent while also being personable and kind.

I want to clarify why I would not recommend this provider. I mean Gundersen/Emplify as a whole. I do not trust your coding and billing practices because I've experienced upcoding and being charged with a service I did not have. Everyone in that area has given me the run around. My doctor (with the Neighborhood Clinic) has had to resort to sending you a letter and proof the service I received was a routine diagnostic text, NOT a medically necessitated text. You upcoded it! I do not feel valued or trust coming to this clinic/hospital.

Aaron is excellent. He reviewed my case and when he was done, I checked my paper with questions for him, but he had answered everything. Enjoyed my appointment with him.

Appointments available at Onalaska and Winona Clinics for Orthopedics and PT do not meet patient needs. In both locations it takes about a month to get initial appointments. Once the appointments happen, the experience is great!

Dr. Tom was excellent. He took his time, explained everything really, really well. He gave me a minute to think about what I wanted to say if I had questions. He was awesome. Would recommend him highly to anyone. He was very, very good.

Great people I got there ahead of time for my appointment they were able to get me in earlier than expected my wife also had an appointment elsewhere in the clinic so we were able to go home early

Aaron is an thoughtful and considerate caregiver who is also clear and thorough about providing the information I need for my health. I would also like to commend Macy for her clear communication and kindness in providong for my needs.

Aaron Thompson is outstanding!

Everybody was very, very nice.

Was surprised to get an appointment for the very next day. Never happens. The pa who took care of me was very knowledgeable and understood my problem. Suggested a shot & hopefully that will fix the problem.

I had an appointment at nine and didn't see a doctor till nine thirty five. I did not like waiting such a long time since I had my appointment at nine.

All staff during pre-op appointments were excellent!

The PA,his last name is Thompson was very kind and did a great job of explaining everything to me. I also was so surprised at how quickly I was taken back to exam room and seen.

The xray tech, MA's, and Aaron Thompson PA all treated me so gently and took their time with me recognizing my pain and trying to keep me as comfortable as possible. I am so appreciative of them all. From the xray tech helping me with my clothes to the MA getting me some water, I'm so appreciative of them all. It's those little things that make such a difference!
