Dr Erdman and his staff are the best. I hope he doesn't retire and pay him more. He greatly deserves it.

Dr Erdman could probably retire any time he would like to, but must like what he is doing, his advice to his patients is done for their benefit to live a healthier happier life as best as possible, the nurses too listen and are caring individuals making the whole experience more bearable,speaking from my experience most people would rather not be in a Dr's office but it's all just a part of life, I'm unable to refer Dr Erdman to friends and family as I don't think he is currently accepting new patients otherwise I would Thank You Dr Erdman

Contacting your entire Gundersen health care team thru my chart could be more provider up to date and user friendly.

Dr Erdman came across as arrogant. He seemed to believe my most recent ER visit was diagnosed wrong even though it helped me recover greatly. He also was supposed to do a follow up for my ER visit that resulted in my hospitalization for a heart attack but instead chose to follow up on a different Er visit. I was glad when the appointment was over so I could escape Dr Erdman. I will be seeking ANY ONE ELSE in the future.

Dr Erdman has been my Doctor for 8 years and has helped me maintain my good health.

I really love the orthopedics and pediatry departments, I truly feel the personal attention. I know it's harder with family practice, but Dr Erdman's MA always notices changes in my appearance?

The people are wonderful, knowledgeable and caring but your push of AI and computers which no-one can properly interact with if one has questions must be done away with. Health care CANNOT be done by machines, only by humans.

Reason couldn't get appointment was Dr. Erdman was unavailable. This is not a criticism of Dr. Erdman. Staff rescheduled appointment as best they could.

I always feel very comfortable with Dr Erdman and his team. Any issues that come up are explained in a manner I understand, any questions I have are answered. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Erdman as my primary physician.

Tomah Health Clinic team is the best! Dr. Erdman, clinic manager, reception, clinical support, nurses, and social workers truly care! Excellence has been experienced since 2019. Thank you ( same goes for Tomah urgent care, ER, and inpatient hospital experience). Top-notch communication, consistent care, memorable faces in healthcare who follow through in Tomah is AMAZING

Dr Erdman is a genuine human who cares for his patients, doesn't judge, explains things thoroughly, deep dives into my record, asks questions to get yo know me and more about my health. He is an excellent doctor.

Gundersen Clinic has become way to focused on money. Gundersen has completely lost it's traditions of quality and access. The Clinic is so short staffed it has become ridiculous!!!!! Never in my life have I had to leave a voicemail for a receptionist, never! I am surprised anyone would work as a receptionist at Gundersen. There are clearly not enough RNs to take care of patients. Between reception and nursing it took me six days to actually talk with with them. I like my Doctor and the Staff very much. That is, with the exception of one long term check out lady who really needs to be terminated. But, you will not do that, of course. She is one of the "good ole girls" right! Doctors and Staff consistently say, "Senior Management does not listen and are only concerned about BUDGET!"

Over the years I have been continuously impressed with Gunderson (now Emplify) staff and care. Can't say enough good things about Dr Erdmann. I am fully confident with his care.

I do not like having to repeat your sign in thing before every appointment when nothing has changed or will be hanged until AFTER that appointment. Why not just question if there are any changes to previous, yes or no?

When I made my appt to be checked for strep throat the receptionist told me to wear a mask when I got into the clinic. I did this. Then when I was checking in the receptionist asked me to stand there as she was messaging the nurse to come out and grab me from the check-in desk area (as not to be in the waiting room possibly spreading germs I guess). I waited for at least 5 minutes there and she didn't get a response SO THEN she had me sit and wait behind the receptionist area and wait to be called back-singling me out as If I had some deadly disease!! This made me feel very uneasy AND angry. The nurse that called me back walked right past me to go to the main waiting room area and called my name. I had to say "back here" as she didn't even know I was back there. She then looked at me strangely, like why was I sitting there. I had to tell her the receptionist told me to sit there. I ended up being negative for strep throat and received nothing to help. After this appointment I am seriously considering changing to another clinic.
