Dr Thomes is great. I don't use mychart. I grew up with doctors calling you informing you of all results. I don't like taking away the human interaction between a patient and their doctor. Your business greed doesn't sit well with me!

When I needed to checkout, there was so many people waiting also. I waited 15 minutes. I did not get checked out; I just left. It used to be a lot smoother that; I was not impressed at all.
