I think people should be able to ask their provider a question on MyChart without getting charged a $100 fee. My question was not complex or anything and could have been answered in a matter of a minute which it was later but with me being charged. This is why people tend to not reach out to their provider since clinic bills are hard enough to pay with out getting charged to ask a simple question

Receptionist didn't mark me as checked in so was late starting appt as the nurse/doctor didn't know I was in the waiting area

The overall experience is just awful. No one at this facility treats you as an individual human. They just check boxes and see what category you fall into, and treat you from there.
