Dr. Naik is great with our kids and stays current with latest news in science.

Online questionnaires seemed repetitive. Clinic visit was seamless.

Not the provider's fault but hard to get into appointments after 4:30. Also, check in 30 minutes before an appointment is ridiculous especially with kids. We checked in and still waited an hour to be seen. Again, not the providers fault

The wait time was horrible. We arrived at 4:05 when we were told to check in at 4:10. We got into a room quickly but then waited for nearly an hour. My daughter was going stir crazy, nobody stopped in to give an explanation or to apologize. When my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I turned the light on nobody came, I had to step into the hall and wander to find someone. Once the doctor arrived we only met with him for 7 minutes which was fine - it was an easy medical need. However, waiting for nearly an hour was absolutely not okay.

Continue to provide support to parents as vaccinations, healthcare, everyday life, and the growth of your child is ever changing and hard to navigate. Communication around vaccinations needs to be non-bias and judgement free. Patience when asking questions about changes in your child and feeling as though they are a concern to you but may be everyday conversations for others. Support staff need to provide clarity or seek clarification to ensure the patient is understanding rather than just asking the patient, have you ever... Many kids may have never been asked to speak up for themselves and are unsure of common healthcare verbiage. Provide support to kids around the 5210 guidelines. Technology, screentime, and the consumption of chocolate milk at school lunch should not control the conversation, rather change the narrative and reflect on the times kids playing sports, excel in school/home, or other extra-curricular activities. When giving vaccinations don't be afraid to show the parents the vaccination vials to double verify in addition to name and DOB.

I am so thankful that Dr. Naik is my childrens' pediatrician. His insights have measurably improved the health and wellbeing of my children, and helped me to be a better parent than I otherwise could have been. I have regularly, enthusiastically recommended Dr. Naik to other parents.

I just want to thank the peds department and all the staff that worked with my s, especially the med student with us that day. They were all so friendly with him and made this a very successful appointment without tears. He recently has had vaccines and strep testing so was apprehensive for them to even listen. He got his BP checked for the first time annd the nurse was so great ant explaining what was happening. He also helped Dr. Naik move the stethoscope and helped take the med students BP. It was so great to see them involve him in the appointment.
