The doctor is always kind and considerate. He always answers my questions and is very good at explaining things in a way that I can understand.

Dr. Letendre took the time to listen to my concerns regarding "quality of life" concerns. We thoroughly discussed different options of treatment. He also is willing to help me with possible insurance for new therapy options. I appreciate his genuine concern and compassion for his patients.

Just too old to appreciate all the digital requirements. They probably work fine. I just don't like them. A bit more courtesy and understanding of those of us who didn't grow up with them could be encouraged.
