    First of all, I appreciate MyChart! It gives me all the information and time to assimilate it or research. I have been blessed with outstanding doctors and professionals. Gundersen makes it convenient to change doctors too. Dr. Schmida, has a very organized department. He listens intently and answers everything. His staff is always on top of every direction he gives.

    The number of e-mails I get from amplify are rediculus . Get 3 or more for the same thing.after I check in I get to or three more asking me if I am at the clinic yet.the system is way overbearing and needs to be addressed

    The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very relatable as well. And explained things in layman's terms so that I understood everything. Also, prior to giving each part of the test he explained what was going to happen and made sure I understood everything.

    Only use Gundersen name. Emplify sounds like a widget corporation. And it also sounds like an enlargement of a body part. As I travel people know and respect the name of Gundersen but no one care about Emp.... I tried to do the "Iam here" feature and it did not work. My Gundersen app either "I am here" feature works. Patients do not like the change and as soon as we drop Quartz we may have to change as well.

    My visit with Dr. Schmida was very good! He was professional when he performed the tests needed to gather information about my hearing. And after looking at the tests he explained everything very clearly and and explained the options that were important to my situation. I also know that I can contact him if I have any further questions or concerns. I am very comfortable with him and his ablility to make sure I get the best information and products for my situation.

    I pretty much already knew everything I was told before I came in. Like, "There's nothing that helps tinnitus." I just came in to get a baseline assessment on my hearing. Curiously the test has no background noise so it's not a very thorough test. This condition is going to continue to distract me to an uncomfortable degree, and there's nothing that can be done about it. It's very frustrating. It never goes away. It's loud. One could say it's deafening.

    My chart has gotten very confusing in getting in to. I had to put in a lot of different numbers , I ended up calling my chart for help.

    My experience with Milton was great. My experience with the PA afterward in ENT was not. She had zero empathy for what I am going through. If you are stating that your slogan is empathy for the patient, this is not what I received.
