Everyone in the waiting room was waiting at least 30 minutes before being called. The doctor seemed very tired and said that he does not eat lunch because he would get even more tired. Everyone looked stressed. I normally go to Winona Health. The atmosphere at Winona Health is very positive and I never have to wait to be called for my appointment. I think you should do something to improve the situation at the Winona Gundersen Clinic. No one seems happy there.

My wife and I always felt like we were treated with courtesy and respect. We also felt that our child was getting excellent care and that the provider explained everything very clearly and listened to our questions.

The care team took my daughter's needs into account and did her appt and treatment accordingly. We went in for an audio appt, but when the audiologist looked at her ears she wasn't sure that putting her through a hearing test was the right step because of what her ears looked like. She asked who our ENT doc was and she knew he was in the building and went to chat with him and his team to see if they could see my daughter before deciding if the audio test should be done. The next thing we knew his MA, was in to get my daughter and did an evaluation. She was able to clean out the ear of a tube that was in there but not doing it's job. She looked at the ear we were there for and found that it looked like it had an infection. Dr. Ringstrom came in, confirmed that and cleaned out her ear, prescribed meds and will follow up in a couple of week. This all happen to fall into place because the audiologist, and Dr. Ringstrom's team were exactly who and where we needed them to be

Dr Ringstrom is a caring dr that does really well to make sure my kid feels comfortable and not scared during any visits we have had.

Hate to see Dr Ringstrom no longer frequent the Decorah office. Not sure why management always gets rid of good things. He is an outstanding ent Dr and person as well. The echart check-in is cumbersome and repetitive. Patient's time definitely not valued.

Dr Ringstrom is very quality customer service through his knowledge of ears, his gentle service in my ear cleaning and suggestions to keep my hearing at a maximum.

Knowing my situation and after consult, I feel I was given honest information about a surgery and that there was no guarantee that it was for me. The honesty was appreciated very much.

Dr. Ringstrom is a very knowlegable doctor. He listens and explains what's going on. I had seen a couple of family practice doctors before I could get in to see him. They did not catch the ear wax buildup that was causing severe pain in the ear. I questioned them about possibly wax buildup, but they said no. When I saw Dr. Ringstrom 2 weeks later, he pulled out a huge wad of wax from my left ear where I was having all the issues. Thank you for Dr. Ringstrom. Emplify needs more doctors like him. Doctors need to be more knowlegable, caring, understanding, listen and explain what's going on to their patients. Thank you Dr. Ringstrom for being my ENT.

Dr. Ringstrom and his team have been amazing! Getting us in promptly each time, and giving our son excellent specialized care. He has helped our son get on a path to wellness, and we appreciate it!

My only complaint is that I had to wait 50 minutes to see the doctor after my check in at 10:45

This was are 2 st experience and everything was good but they definitely should have numbed the area before doing the biopsy. It was definitely not a comfortable experience.

Provider was great. He outlined a plan. Was very clear, but also made sure he understood me and my life without pushing one way or the other. Appreciated his time. He wasn't treating us like $$/or rushing us out the door, which is something to be valued this day and age with the medical system being what it is.

It was very good. I felt that I was in good hands. Doc Ringstrom was very professional and concise in his evaluation and answered all of our questions. I'm very happy he is part of my medical team.

Dr Ringstrom was kind, respectful and professional. The person that walked me to the room was also friendly, kind and respectful. We even chatted a bit, it was a very nice experience.

Dr. Ringstrom was incredibly efficient and was great at explaining exactly what my child needed. His assistant handled everything so well and gave some great assurances to my kiddo while also making sure I was prepared for the aftercare that would be taking place. I am so thankful for this team!

I had to wait 2 months for an ear wax appointment after getting a referral from my primary Dr.

The only reason for the one negative reply is because I had to wait several months to get an appointment with the ENT doctor. My allergies were under control by the time I was able to be seen. But the doctor was wonderful and very thorough and understanding.
