Lisa Horstman is an amazing provider. She oversees my care and makes sure to connect me with specialists when needed. I have multiple health issues, and she is who I trust the most with my health care! She is a true asset to Emplify health!

One of the things I especially like about Lisa is she doesn't tell you what to do. She will say something like, would you be willing to try? And what do you think about doing this? Instead of dictating everything like she's in control. I really like that about her, among other things too. So that's it.

She suggested the pneumonia shot and assured it is normally covered by insurance. It was not. Costs almost $800. She needs to be more accurate and transparent. The financial dept said no orders were sent for lab tests. She requested 3. I'm waiting to hear back from her nurse. Too long of wait time. Not enough employees I'm guessing

Check out was very, very slow. And when I left there still was no PT scheduled because we had be on hold for 10 minutes and I chose to give up and call them from home.

She's a careful, interested listener who takes the time to read my chart before my annual visits, remembers conversations we've had, and seems to genuinely care. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional & empathetic PCP!

Thanks for the urgency

The provider was overbooked that morning and therefore we had to wait 30 minutes to see the provider in the room and our time limit was very tight so we were not able to really have enough time for the visit.

Wonderful experience with Lisa, every time. She is a compassionate outstanding provider.

The nurse that took me to the room was a male and he was not friendly at all. He didn't make any small talk, wasn't personable at all. I don't think he even made eye contact. When he came back after the doctor he didn't being the correct paperwork and when the doctor asked, he said he didn't know where it was and left the room. The doctor asked him as he walked out of he was going to get it. He did come back with it but even when getting fitted for my wrist braces he wasn't helpful in telling me how they should fit, how tight I should make them. I was not impressed and did not feel like what I needed or was there for was important to him.

I felt heard and Lisa was well prepared.

Lisa is an excellent provider. She is knowledgeable, kind, and always familiar with any other care I have had since my last visit with her.

Always feel well taken care of with Lisa Horstman. Would like to see her come to Winona clinic even if once a month.

It had been quite some time since I had seen Lisa and I was so really glad to be back with her again. She's a combination of professionalism and warmth and caring. I just can't tell you how wonderful she is to have. She's a good listener. She thinks things out and I just was so happy to be back with her again. So that's it.
