Sent message to my father-in-law's PCP regarding renewing a prescription. Took way to long and several phone calls that went unanswered to hear back. Fortunately, this wasn't an emergency. The pharmacy let me know the prescription had been sent. Received an e-mail from the clinic that the prescription was sent AFTER the med was picked up.

Dr. Trombetta is a key member of my care team. And one of my favorites. My Chart works well EXCEPT when it comes to comparing what we owe/what has been added to our payment and not being able to match that with dates of service. It's not possible. Something has to be done on your end, or maybe Quartz's end. I just end up throwing my hands in the the air with a "whatever!" That's not right.

Dr Trombetta is one of the most caring and compassionate provider at your facility. I would recommend him to anyone. He has taken excellent care of me over the 4 years under his care. He listens intently and is always willing to stay as long as is needed. He's on time and just one of the very best!
