Dr. Trombetta is a key member of my care team. And one of my favorites. My Chart works well EXCEPT when it comes to comparing what we owe/what has been added to our payment and not being able to match that with dates of service. It's not possible. Something has to be done on your end, or maybe Quartz's end. I just end up throwing my hands in the the air with a "whatever!" That's not right.

Dr Trombetta is one of the most caring and compassionate provider at your facility. I would recommend him to anyone. He has taken excellent care of me over the 4 years under his care. He listens intently and is always willing to stay as long as is needed. He's on time and just one of the very best!

Nurse listened carefully to what I said and took notes Doctor came in on time and did an exam and talked through options. Explained items and answered questions I did not have to ask. Nurse walked me out to make sure I could find my way - I usually turn the wrong direction ? Room was clean and had a friendly appearance to it. Thank you.

The follow-up appointment after my surgery was not scheduled. I had to call a week later to get it scheduled. That's the only complaint I have.
