My appointment was originally scheduled for the week before. Upon arrival I was told the appointment was canceled that morning. I received no text, email, or my chart notification notifying me of the cancellation. Very frustrating.

Dr. Jacobson is outstanding. She listens carefully, and she follows up. I am so grateful for her care and so sad that she is leaving family practice. She will be missed by most of my family who are also her patients.

Dr. Jacobson is always very friendly and thorough in her appointments. I am totally satisfied with her care and her expertise. When I began my care with her several years ago I recommended her to a number of my friends. I don't anymore since it is so very hard to get an appointment in a timely fashion with her. It's very hard to have a primary care doctor who is so difficult to see. I don't appreciate seeing a total stranger when Dr. Jacobson is unavailable, although I've always had a good experience with whomever I saw.

Got into my appointment early which is unheard of and I greatly appreciated it. MA's were all courteous and efficient. MD came right in after MA's and immediately started asking me questions about my "complaints." I feel like we got a good start at figuring out what is going on with my body.

My experience with this provider was excellent. The following comment is unrelated to this provider but I am taking the opportunity to comment on a larger issue: I am opposed to Emplify as an organization due to the pay structure for physicians that is based on "productivity" and generally incentivizes faster visits, more procedures, and disincentivizes providers to take on roles with populations that have higher needs and more complex presentations. The pay structure penalizes providers who take the time it takes, and order diagnostics and procedures appropriately. This leads to poor care and waste of health care dollars.
