Ms Coyne has been my primary care provider since she started here at Gundersen. (16 + years I think) She is thoughtful, caring and extremely knowledgeable . I trust her explicitly and am very grateful for her vast knowledge and sense of humor.

My regular provider was not available so I was referred to family medicine and Dr. Coyne. I appreciated the way she listened to my concerns and then explained what she saw from the exam.

Dr Coyne was outstanding in her treatment and care for my 4 trigger fingers. Like most all your providers, she had a full day serving many patients and squeezed me in that I am so grateful and appreciative of. I have been in considerable pain since this issue began a month ago and would no have had this procedure for several more week if not for Dr Coyne moving me up the schedule. She is a gem of a person as well that you are blessed to have on your staff!

Dr. Coyne is a very good listener and also offered some great advice. I believe I am already seeing results with the medication for my dermatitis like spots on my neck. She takes the time to ask about everything that might be an issue to watch or monitor. I appreciate her thoroughness. And also her patience because I ask a lot of questions.

The assessments that I filled out in my chart did not transfer over, and I had to do them again with the medical assistant. (i.e PHQ-9). I was also unable to check in through the MyChart app or the text method.

My provider has consistently deliver exceptional care, and more importantly, emotional support for my family and I over the course of the last 10 years. I would not trade Dr. Coyne without a serious fight! She is a diamond in Gundersens staff.

It is always a pleasant experience when we see Dr. Coyne. She is attentive & offers non-judgmental support each visit. We never feel rushed & always feel like we are getting the very best care.

The last year has been difficult navigating the unknowns. So many appointments and tests. This appointment left me reassured my provider is up to date and aware of all that is going on with me. We had a "conversation", like a friend. This was less about intervention or prevention, and more like someone caring about my journey. It was what I needed. Still good care, but also about my emotional needs too.
