Great customer service

The provider sent me a personal note telling me the x rays were negative. Highly appreciated. I think that is what empathy is supposed to mean.

Disappointed that scans of my chest weren't ordered. This constant chest/breast pain need attention ASAP! Making me wait over the weekend was cruel! VERY DISAPPOINTED

The front desk lady could work on being a little bit more welcoming. Seemed like I was being rushed and just was not very friendly. It's nice to see a welcoming smile.

Yes, I was a little disappointed. I figured I was having diverticulitis and it was suggested that as long as it wasn't as bad as it had been a few days earlier, that they not take any pictures or antibiotic or anything. So I had blood work done and got a report today that Yes, it indicated inflammation and most likely was diverticulitis. And hopefully it's going to get better. If not, then get back or go to urgent care. And I just felt like I should have had pictures taken yesterday and had it determined.

I would be happy if Dr. Gilman could be my primary care physician. You provide too many email/text/MyCare alerts, often with conflicting "appointment time," "arrival time," and "are you here yets."
