I do not use MyChart, etc. So I answered your middle choice of 5 to continue. I would say that you must absolutely treat Dr. Potaracke as though he,himself, were unique. For he most certainly is. I have seen many similar providers in my years and what you have in Dr. Potaracke is a gem that must be treated as such. He listens, offers sound advice that works if you adopt it, and he knows exactly what he is doing. I simply feel blessed to be in his trusted care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Potaracke.

I do not use My Chart for check in. I do confirm appointments from text message. (But you send way too many !) My check in time for a 7:00 appointment is 6:45. No PL was there. A sign sat in the lobby saying department was open 7-5. I wasn't the only person there ready to check in. 2 others were there and a family was pretty upset. Do Better!

Dr Potaracke did a great job of showing me on my X-rays where my pain and problems stem from and then explained how he would treat my problems. Very down-to-earth person.

MyChart has been a little challenging lately since the changeover. Are people working on getting the bugs out? I hope so! The rest of my experience was excellent.

Dr. Potaracke was well prepared for my visit and he listened very carefully. My treatment was conservatively administered and I was well informed of how to proceed with my recovery. Gundersen is lucky to have such a highly qualified and pleasant provider.
