Eileen Williams is a complete health practitioner in that she explained my cancer diagnosis and presented the medication options and the positive effects and possible side effects. My husband and I felt comfortable to ask any question we had. When I decided what I wanted for med treatment I felt that I made the best choice for me. My doctors are excellent the nurses the AIDS the check and they're all wonderful the technology I'm just learning I'm teaching myself sometimes it's very confusing it seems to me they're always changing ways to order your medications to talk to the doctors too find what I'm looking for and for a person that's just learning and trying to teach herself it's tough so maybe it's not you maybe it's just me who knows I'm just trying to teach myself anyway thank you

I've always been very pleased with all of my experience at Gundersen. I just finished my radiation treatments and the girls in the radiology department couldn't have been nicer, setting me at ease. She's very clear in how she states things, tells you what's up front, and I know I can trust her, and I have complete confidence in her, and I've always enjoyed my meetings with her. Thank you.

there should be more chairs in the waiting room. Even at 8:00 in the morning, every chair was full, every patient comes with at least one other person to support them. The chairs are lined up along the outside of the room and all the middle space is empty and wasted.

I consider I lean to be a very caring and personable practitioner. Considering the intimacy of the appointment, I trust her with all of my care. She is truthful and honest in her diagnosis, but also in her care me.

Medication list for my chart. When it comes to supplements, if the medication isn't listed in the drop down menu, it doesn't seem possible for a provider to list what is actually taken. I have removed a supplement from my medication list (algae cal) because it does not seem possible to accurately list it.

Eileen Willians also took the time to escort me over to talk with your finance department to find an answer to a financial question which included a bill from an outside company that I was not informed about in previous meetings. I called to see Eileen again after a few years, they offered two days later! I expected months out! Eileen is extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail what she was doing and what options for continued screenings. The MA was also fabulous and personable. Overall experience from schedule to check out was smooth and easy!

Visit was a relaxed experience. Options were explained in an easy to understand manner, all my questions were answered.

My chart always locks me out.

You need to let people know more about that checkout system and what's involved probably from the very beginning instead of on the very last day like I got. It was confusing and because of that there was some confusion over some medication. So that would be my recommendation.

Have always been treated respectfully and kind and Helpful. One thing that does bother me to be told " you do not need to have mammogram or colonoscopy " any more ... Medicare ! They are telling us this because we are aging ! I did not have mammogram for some years and something was telling me to have one and I did! I had cancer in each breast ! Thankfully caught early !!!

What can I say about the oncology Dept, except I didn't beat this breast cancer alone! Eileen encouraged me with the after care of continuing my meds to prevent its return! Eileen showed incredible empathy, consistent note taking during my visits and helped me with survivorship by making me adjust my crown and stand tall and and yes saying Gunderson cares way too much for me to not continue taking my After care meds to prevent it's return' that tells me life's best care and empathy can't be matched anywhere else, I didn't do this alone and when I struggled with survivor ship, they did not once treat me anything but extraordinary! They didn't deserve half of what I threw their way! So yes empathy, care and compassion does go a long way!

She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns (as she always does), did a thorough history and exam, and explained the risks and benefits of the various testing procedures and treatment options we were considering in a way that was clearly understandable.
